Orders placed between 8th November 2021 and 22nd December 2021 will be eligible for return up to the 14th January 2022. The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of the return request. Find out how to request a return below.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you love your flip books, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. Our shop's returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product to us for a refund. All items must be in good condition, flip books with worn pages will not be accepted.
Add a personal message
We now offer the possibility to add a personal message to your order (please don't send novels, but a short greeting is fine). Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your order number and message promptly after purchase.
Where do my products ship from?
We are located in Spain, more specifically in the Balearic Islands. We have negotiated competitive shipping rates with our carrier, so don't worry, there won't be any additional charge for being shipped from an island.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For European shipments (EU and Non-EU), please count 4-6 working days from the moment the package is shipped. We try to ship as fast as we can, it usually takes 1-2 working days from the moment the order is placed.
For overseas shipping (America, Asia, Australia, Africa), you should count about 10 working days. Please have in mind that there can be delays depending on the custom procedures of each country.
How much will I pay for shipping and is there a shipment guarantee?
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and shipping zone, once you have entered your shipping address during checkout. For most weights and countries we offer two different rates, one regular without tracking number and one with tracking. Please note that the regular shipping option does not include any refund or replacement in case the shipment is lost. The tracked rate does include a replacement guarantee.
International duties and customs
The shipping price for your order does not include duties or taxes. Buyers will be responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the import of their purchases. However, most countries do not impose a customs charge for books, especially if your order is below the minimum amount of customs duty. You should check with your country's borders and customs office website to review VAT. Please note: If you refuse customs/tax/VAT charges, your package will be returned to us. We can reship if this happens, but we will need to charge for shipping again.
