What is your returns policy?

We hope that you love your flip books, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. Our shop's returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product to us for a refund. All items must be in good condition, flip books with worn pages will not be accepted.

Add a personal message

We now offer the possibility to add a personal message to your order (please don't send novels, but a short greeting is fine). Please contact us by email at info@flipboku.com and send us your order number and message promptly after purchase.

Where do my products ship from?

We are located in Spain, more specifically in the Balearic Islands. We have negotiated competitive shipping rates with our carrier, so don't worry, there won't be any additional charge for being shipped from an island.

How long will it take to receive my order?

*This information applies only to tracked service. For non-tracked service, we are unable to provide an estimated time frame.

For European shipments (EU and Non-EU), please count 4-7 working days from the moment the package is shipped. We try to ship as fast as we can, it usually takes 1-2 working days from the moment the order is placed.

For overseas shipping (America, Asia, Australia, Africa), you should count about 10 working days.

Please have in mind that there can be delays depending on the custom procedures of each country.


What shall I do if my shipment is delayed?

In single cases, orders can be delayed due to customs procedures or weather conditions. For orders with non-tracked shipping, we recommend checking with your local post office if the shipment has been received. For non-tracked shipments, please allow for a 14-day waiting period before reaching out to us.

How much will I pay for shipping and is there a shipment guarantee?

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and shipping zone, once you have entered your shipping address during checkout. For most weights and countries we offer two different rates, one regular without tracking number and one with tracking. Please note that the regular shipping option does not include any refund or replacement in case the shipment is lost. The tracked rate does include a replacement guarantee.

International duties and customs

The shipping price for your order does not include duties or taxes. Buyers will be responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the import of their purchases. However, most countries do not impose a customs charge for books, especially if your order is below the minimum amount of customs duty. You should check with your country's borders and customs office website to review VAT. Please note: If you refuse customs/tax/VAT charges, your package will be returned to us. We can reship if this happens, but we will need to charge for shipping again.

Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to delays in the delivery of your order. To accommodate such situations and ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a flexible refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted on tracked shipping orders. We cannot be held responsible for shipments with non-tracked shipping.
• Customers may request a refund for undelivered items if the shipment has not been received within the specified timeframe.
• To be eligible for a refund, customers must wait for a minimum of 30 days from the date of shipment to confirm that the shipment has not arrived.

Refund Options:

Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, customers have the following options for refunds:

1. Full Refund: A full refund of the purchase amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
2. Store Credit: Alternatively, customers may opt to receive store credit or a gift card equivalent to the value of the undelivered items, which can be used for future purchases from our store.
3. Replacement or Reshipment: Customers may choose to have the undelivered items replaced or reshipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Refund Process:

To request a refund under our flexible refund policy, customers must contact our customer support team and provide relevant order details. Our team will verify the eligibility of the refund request and process it accordingly.

Please note that refunds will be issued promptly upon approval, and customers will be notified of the refund status via email.
